Sivan joined Rinot - Elhyani Law Offices in 2020, and specializes in Family Law and Inheritance Law. Sivan is experienced in handling and accompanying litigation matters relating to all aspects of Family and Inheritance Law and is well acquainted with the judiciary proceedings associated therewith. 

 

Prior to joining the firm, Sivan was engaged as a legal assistant to various judges in the Courts Administration, mainly in the Family Court in Petach Tikva. She was awarded an excellence employee award by the Courts Administration in 2017.

 

Sivan graduated Haifa University majoring in Law and Psychology (magna cum laude) and was admitted to the Israeli bar in 2013. Sivan also holds an MA in Psychology (magna cum laude) from Bar Ilan University.

 

Sivan is a licensed mediator.
